As tourism grapples with staffing challenges within the wake of COVID-19, Jamaica Centre of Tourism Innovation (JCTI) is proposing a technique.

In delivering the 2023/24 Sectoral Debate closing presentation on Tuesday (June 20), Minister of Tourism, Hon. Edmund Bartlett, mentioned: “The tourism sector continues to be hampered by the challenges of discovering sufficient staffing because of hundreds of staff opting to not return to the trade post-pandemic.
