4 Visitor Chef Dinners Throughout 4 Consecutive Evenings in September

Friday 29 September

Lisa Goodwin-Allen and Jozef Rogulski will begin the proceedings on Tuesday 26 September. Lisa is Government Chef of Michelin-starred Northcote in Lancashire and collaborates with The Stafford’s Government Chef, Jozef Roguski on The Recreation Chicken and The American Bar’s menu course. Northcote, The Stafford and Norma are all a part of The Stafford Assortment, so with Lisa and Jozef working alongside Giovann, this dinner sees The Stafford Assortment’s three good cooks cooking collectively to create a refined Sicilian feast, with menu highlights together with Octopus carpaccio and Leek and truffle agnolotti.

The next night, Giuseppe Federici can be main the menu as he continues his culinary campaign to encourage individuals with plant-based Italian recipes.
