A brand new culinary-led pub and eating room, The Parakeet, is about to open in Kentish City in March. With ex-BRAT chef – and born and bred North Londoner – Ben Allen on the helm alongside sous-chef Ed Jennings, the 60-cover eating room will serve their debut menu of domestically sourced, seasonal dishes expertly cooked over flames on their custom-made grill.

Serving a produce-led, seasonally altering blackboard menu, diners can count on a collection of fashionable European dishes influenced by Head Chef Ben Allen’s skilled chef expertise at high-quality eating eating places, which in addition to world famend BRAT contains the two Michelin Star Steirereck restaurant in Austria.
