The Restaurant Present returns with ‘pageant of high chef expertise’

For over 30 years, The Restaurant Present has been the flagship commerce present for restaurateurs and cooks, informal eating operators in addition to pub, bar and avenue meals operators.

Coupled with Catering Expo Tools, the three-day exhibition champions the excellent merchandise, individuals, perception and innovation of the foods and drinks trade.

Operating from 2-4 October, The Restaurant Present will introduce two new zones.

Cooks’ Components will likely be devoted to showcasing, educating and provoking cooks with the most recent elements and methods embracing the trade.

Operating alongside the brand new zone would be the Chef’s Dwell theatre. Run in partnership with Restaurant, it can embrace workshops and masterclasses with main UK cooks, together with Tommy Banks, Philli Armitage-Mattin, Cyrus Todiwala and Gareth Ward, who may also host mentoring periods aimed toward inspiring the following technology of UK cooks

The second new zone added to the present this 12 months is Bar & Drinks. This space will present a holistic view of drinks in hospitality. From aperitifs and cocktails to beers, wines and spirits to coffees, teas and infusions, the drinks menu is a key aspect of any restaurant, bar, or pub and the motive force of upper margins and profitability.

This zone may also be bolstered by a devoted Bar & Drinks Dwell theatre in partnership with The Morning Advertiser, incorporating panels, displays, interviews and tastings with main trade specialists, together with Charlie Gilkes of Inception Group, Joanne Bradford of Marston’s, Helen Charlesworth of Stonegate and Emma McClarkin of the BBPA.
