Three franchise corporations within the U.S. dominate the resort development pipeline and openings by way of 2025


In response to the latest United States Building Pipeline Development Report from Lodging Econometrics (LE), within the secondLodging Econometrics quarter of 2023, the franchise corporations with the biggest pipelines within the U.S. are Marriott Worldwide (Marriott) with 1,511 tasks/181,632 rooms, Hilton Worldwide (Hilton) with document excessive undertaking and room counts of 1,470 tasks/164,848 rooms, and IHG Accommodations & Resorts (IHG) with 811 tasks/80,516 rooms. These three franchise corporations comprise 68% of all tasks within the complete U.S. resort development pipeline.
